BREAD/Justice Ministry

Building Responsibility, Equality, and Dignity. BREAD is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and non-partisan organization founded in 1996 and made up of 44 member congregations, representing the religious, racial, socioeconomic, and geographic diversity of Columbus and Franklin County. BREAD’s mission is to powerfully address serious community problems by holding public officials accountable to implementing proven solutions. BREAD focuses on fixing systemic problems.

Knights of Columbus

A global Catholic fraternal service order. Membership is limited to practicing Catholic men. It was founded as a mutual benefit society for working-class and immigrant Catholics in the United States. The K of C promotes social and intellectual interaction among its members in support of refugee relief, Catholic education, and local parishes/dioceses.

Red Cross Blood Drives

Individuals coordinate with the local Red Cross to arrange 3-4 dates per year to host blood donation drives. These are conducted on weekends around masses.

St. Vincent de Paul

SVDP is a catholic lay organization, inspired by Gospel values, that assists those in need primarily with rent assistance, utility payments, and food. Other programs include making sandwiches for families downtown thru St. Lawrence Haven, running the Food Pantry, conducting clothing drives, organizing Christmas bags and more. ALL are welcome to join.
